Ingredients
2 cups of canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of herbs de Provence
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs de Provence.
