8 oz cooked salmon (fresh or canned), flaked
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped, plus more for garnish
Note:Â For a smoother texture, ensure the salmon is thoroughly deboned and skinned.
Instructions
In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it stand for 5 minutes to soften.
Gently warm the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
