Hi! I'm a Brazilian chef with Italian and Spanish heritage. I grew up surrounded by rich culinary traditionsāmy Italian grandmother's Sunday pasta rituals, my Spanish grandmother's paella mastery, and the vibrant flavors of Brazilian street food markets.
